🎞️ Film Diary — Finding Magic In Our Everyday Lives with Disney and Pixar's Onward
March has come and I had such a good start of the month, thanks to SM Cinema!
SM CDO Downtown Premier has extended an invite to a Special Screening of the Disney X Pixar movie, Onward last Sunday, March 1st, and I LIKE IT SO MUCH!!! (To put it simply....)
I was about to watch the trailer before the show itself, but I also didn't want to be spoiled or anything~ Lol again, Onward is about two teenage elf brothers, Ian and Barley Lightfoot, and their magical quest to bring back their dad to life. Their dad passed away before Ian, the younger one, was born so Ian never really had any memories of him ㅡ just photos and a cassette tape of his voice. Awww
But with a wizard's staff prearranged to be given to them by their father came up, it became a magical opportunity to bring their dad back to life. But only for 24 hours! THAT IS TOO BITTERSWEET
And what have you, they only got to bring half of his body! Thus starts their adventure to have the other half before the time runs out. Ughh, I don't wanna spoil you anymore~ For real, it's so fun, heartwarming and magical ㅡ kids and kids-at-heart (like yours truly) will enjoy! I srsly want to recommend this to everyone.
